Exhibition

The 10th South East Asian Survey Congress 2009 (SEASC 2009) offers opportunities to international, regional and domestic organizations and companies, related to the event, to showcase their products, services and experiences, through SEASC 2009 exhibition - in conjunction with the 4th IGTE (Indonesian Geo-Information Technology Exhibition).

Hundreds of delegates will attend the congress, technical session, business forum, affiliated meetings and workshop, and they will be your directive target visitors. They will include professional institutions and academicians, or even individuals who have special interest in surveying and mapping, geospatial, geo-information, geomatics and any relevant aspect to geo-information technology and its management in facilitating planning for sustainable development.

The SEASC 2009 exhibition will take place in the Exhibition Gallery which is located at the first floor of Bali International Convention Center. Exhibition opening dates are 4-6 August 2009, daily from 10:00-17:00 local time (GMT +8).

Allotment of booths will be in first-come-first-served basis. The SEASC 2009 ORGANIZERS (SEASC2009 Secretariat & Official Exhibition Organizer) has the right to re-allocate all booths in a new updated floor plan, if required, due to the latest condition of the exhibition.

Cost of participation is:

              Bare space (space only)                        USD 375 per sqm

              Shell scheme booth (3mx3m)                  USD 400 per sqm.

The 10th SEASC 2009 – in conjunction with 4th IGTE 2009 – Organizers has developed an Exhibitor's Manual, which will assist you to organize your space or booth at the exhibition and provides a wide selection of materials and services on offer to meet exhibitors' needs.

It includes Exhibition information (General Information, Booth Construction Information, Exhibits Handling & Freight Forwarding, and other relevant Do’s and Don’ts), Exhibition floor plans and Venue information.

Please read this Manual and follow the instructions carefully, before filling in any Order forms.

About Bali

Where is Bali?

The island of Bali is part of the Republic of Indonesia and is located 8 to 9 degrees south of the equator between Java in the West and Lombok and the rest of the Lesser Sunda Islands (Sumbawa, Flores, Sumba and Timor) in the East. Flying time to Jakarta is about 1.5 hours, to Singapore and Perth (Australia) 2.5 and 3 hours, to Hong Kong about 4.5 hours, and to Sydney/Melbourne about 5.5 to 6 hours.

BALI FLIGHT INFORMATION
Don't look for "Bali" in airline time tables. It's listed as "Denpasar" (DPS) which is the name of the island's capital. However, from Bali's international Ngurah Rai Airport it takes you just 15 to 30 minutes by car to Kuta, Legian, Sanur and Nusa Dua, and in about 50 to 60 minutes you can be in Ubud.
