I want to visit the event. How do I register for it?

Before Event Days - You may register by email to info@seasc2009.org from April 2009 onwards. Your registration will be processed and if successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 14 working days. Simply bring a printed copy of your confirmation email to the Registration Desk area at 10th SEASC 2009 during event days to collect your visitor badge.

During Event Days (4-7 August 2009) - You can obtain a visitor ticket at the Registration Desk area at the 10th SEASC 2009. Fill out the ticket completely and present it to the Registration Desk counter together with your business/name card, to obtain your visitor badge.

 

Is there any entrance fee payable to visit the event?

This event is open to professionals and any individuals related to the event, incl. trade visitors (please visit who-should-attend) and there is no charge to visit the event. If you are interested to attend the Congress and/or Technical Sessions, there is a registration fee applicable depending on the sessions that you would like to attend. I registered online for the SEASC 2009 congress/technical session/exhibition and did not get a reply after 14 working days. How can I check on the status of my online pre-registration?

Email to info@seasc2009.org, with the subject: Status of Online Pre-Registration, highlighting the name, company and job title used to register online so that we can check on the status of your online pre-registration for the event purpose. We will send a reply to you within 3 working days.

 

I will like to be kept updated on 10th SEASC 2009. How do I subscribe to be on your mailing list to receive any printed or digital information on the event and eNewsletters for free?

I am not staying at an Official Hotel. Can I board the complimentary shuttle buses that travel between the Official Hotels and the venue?

Priority to board the complimentary shuttle buses will be given to in-house guests staying at the Official Hotels. If you are not an in-house guest, you can take a taxi to the venue to attend the event. Click here for directions to venue.


I need to apply for a Visa to enter Indonesia for 10th SEASC 2009. I have been told by the Indonesian Official Representative Office nearest to me that I need to a Letter of Introduction from the Organizer. Who do I contact to obtain this Letter of Introduction?

Email to info@seasc2009.org with subject: Request for Letter of Introduction, and provide your full name (as in passport), passport/travel document number, nationality, job title, company, company address, city, country, telephone number, fax number and email address. We will also require you to fax a photocopy of your business card and passport to fax number: +62 21 8790 8988, addressed to 10th SEASC 2009 Organizer. We will fax you a copy of your Letter of Introduction before sending the original copy by mail to you.

Where is Bali?

Don't look for "Bali" in airline time tables. It's listed as "Denpasar" (DPS) which is the name of the island's capital. However, from Bali's international Ngurah Rai Airport it takes you just 15 to 30 minutes by car to Kuta, Legian, Sanur and Nusa Dua, and in about 50 to 60 minutes you can be in Ubud.
