As mentioned above, the Organizer arranged 3 main sponsor categories, and 4 special occasion sponsorship packages:

Special Occasion Sponsorship packages - there are four important social occasions during the event. A welcome party prior to the official opening day, the opening ceremony itself, the closing ceremony, and of course the gala dinner. OTHER PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES
Beside those sponsorship packages, the Organizer had also arranged some other promotion opportunities, such as:
RETAIL SPONSORSHIP - consists of some in-kind items and hospitality items to be sponsored.
BUSINESS FORUM - this is an opportunity for organization or companies who wish to give a business presentation or sales promotion presentation slots - duration of each slot is 20 minutes. There are 4 rooms available for this forum; each of it will have 5 slots.
EVENT DIRECTORY - this is a common promotion item is each event. An event directory will be kept by the receiver for a longer period of time. Sometime, it is also being used as a reference or information source.
COMMERCIAL BREAK - those breaks between each session in the plenary or technical sessions are valuable. Organization or companies are able to maximize the value of those breaks, by showing their profile or any other information through an automatic multimedia presentation. The duration is 15 or 30 second for each presentation. Just send the Organizer a CD/VCD or DVD to make it happen.
